I have a PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Master's degrees in Statistics and Industrial Engineering.
I have about 2 years of experience as a teaching assistant in the University of Minnesota. I have about 3 years of online tutoring experience in statistics and math, working with undergraduate students to help them with homework problems, and preparing for their exams. In my most recent role, I monitored undergraduate students’ senior designs and provided support on knowledge of mathematical modeling, statistics, data science, machine learning techniques, optimization algorithms, software programming, and scientific writing.
Being a tutor, I like to help others learn and succeed in academic. I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge and breaking down complex concepts into understandable terms to help my students figure out their problems. Tutoring allows me to make a direct impact on student's lives by increasing their confidence and helping them achieve their academic goals. I am open to all levels students who have problems in math/statistics, programming/coding (R, MATLAB, Python), STEM research projects, and research paper.
