I bring a wealth of academic and practical experience to my role as a tutor and professor, supplemented by a full-time position as an engineer at a utility company. Holding both a bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical Engineering, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) certification, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the subject matter. Over the past nine years, I have been actively involved in teaching and tutoring. I have spent the last five years as an engineering professor at a community college, instructing courses such as electric circuit analysis and introduction to engineering. This role has allowed me to engage with students ranging in age from 17 to 50 years old, teaching in both traditional classroom settings and online/hybrid formats. My approach emphasizes practical applications and individualized attention, ensuring each student comprehends complex engineering concepts effectively. Prior to becoming an engineering professor, I served as an engineering and math tutor, primarily focusing on middle school and high school students in a personalized, one-on-one capacity, both online and in person.
