I also taught World History for five years in middle school.
I spent most of my career recruiting for technical, sales, and marketing professionals for both small and large firms in Silicon Valley. I know both the tangible and intangible elements candidates need to possess in order to be successful in their job search. I also from direct experience I know the challenges of transitioning from working full time to cutting back to retirement.
