I started playing guitar at age ten. I wrote songs and played in my own band. I also have general music knowledge from playing cello for several years. I have a BA from San Francisco state University and Graduated with top honors. I am down to earth, easy going, and can tutor you in both basic guitar and English writing skills. I wrote several papers a week in college and know how to get the best grade with the best structured essay for both high school and college.

Basic guitar can be frustrating and make you want to quit. With patience and a little time I can guarantee you’ll be changing chords and making little solos and maneuvering around the guitar easily. Throw in some basic music knowledge and you’ll be able to self teach your way to learning any song from there. My goal is to get you up and running so you can throw yourself into it without an instructor in six months. If you still need an instructor in six months to a year, I’ve failed.
