I follow a holistic approach to understand students’ strength and problem areas and modify lesson design & delivery accordingly. I believe that one should address to students’ problems which might be there through previous lessons/years, to help students gain confidence. I also believe that one should try to connect problem/lesson with everyday simple machines/science/phenomenon, to inculcate curiosity in students to learn.
I started teaching Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Physics to students of 6th to 12th standards who were in need in my community. This helped me understand problem areas and devise methods to help as per student’s need.
