Hi! I'm Tiffany. I'm a passionate, energetic, and highly skilled tutor with over 15 years of experience helping students conquer science, math, and test prep with confidence and ease. I believe learning should feel motivating and not overwhelming. I specialize in breaking down tough concepts into simple, doable steps that actually stick. I truly enjoy helping others reach their goals, and I promise to bring patience, compassion, and enthusiasm to each session.

I am a great fit to tutor learners of all ages, from elementary school to adult learners, because I bring a mix of patience, creativity, and fire to every session. I know how to adjust my teaching style to match each student’s age, pace, and personality — whether it’s using visuals and games for younger learners, building confidence in middle schoolers, or helping high school and adult students master advanced courses and tests. I’m upbeat, relatable, and genuinely invested in helping students feel proud of their progress.

I’m a current medical student at UC Davis School of Medicine, training to become an ER doctor. I received my Bachelor's degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley. I went on to complete two graduate degrees: a Master of Science (MS) in Biomedical Sciences and a Master of Public Health (MPH), graduating summa cum laude in both.

My tutoring style is fun and tailored to each student’s needs. I understand that everyone learns differently, and I adjust each lesson to the specific needs of each student. I am known for explaining difficult topics in a straightforward way, using simple steps, real-life examples, memory tools, repetition, and a lot of patience. Whether you’re test-prepping for the ASVAB, GED, SAT, or tackling coursework, I’ll meet you where you are and help you build the skills and confidence to move forward. I won’t give up until you feel ready to succeed. Let’s make learning feel like progress, not punishment. I can’t wait to help you reach your goals!
