I'm an experienced online math teacher and tutor. I am a math specialist with more than 20 years of experience teaching college and high school mathematics. I have BA and MAT degrees in Mathematics, as well as a current teaching credential in mathematics. I'm a licensed real estate salesperson in California (CalRE #02271467) with Coldwell Banker Realty, and have been a real estate agent in Hawaii in the past. Throughout my career, I have helped students develop a stronger understanding of mathematical and real estate concepts, improve their problem-solving skills, and gain the confidence they need to pass tests and succeed in their courses.
I specialize in tutoring students in SAT Math, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Precalculus, College Algebra, and Real Estate. My goal is not simply to help students find the answer to a problem, but to help them understand the math concepts and processes behind each solution. I explain difficult topics in a clear, patient, and step-by-step manner and adjust my instruction to meet each student's individual learning needs.

My experience includes many years as a property investor (house hacking, long term rentals, midterm rentals, condo purchases and sales, single family purchases and sales, homes with ADUs purchases and sales, tax deed foreclosures, and a HUD foreclosure). I passed the California real estate salesperson licensing exam on the first attempt in 2025, and currently work as a real estate agent in Southern California for Coldwell Banker Realty (CalRE #02271467). In the past, I have also been a real estate agent in Hawaii (over six years). I passed the Hawaii real estate salesperson exam and the Hawaii real estate broker licensing exam, both on the first attempt. I also had a tutoring business in Hawaii in which I tutored students to assist them with passing the Hawaii real estate licensing exam. I have a relaxed teaching style along with the ability to break down challenging concepts so that students can easily understand them.
