Hi! My name is Daniel and I’m a current PhD student in physics at the University of California, Riverside. I specialize in experimental physics with research in quantum electronics. I obtained my bachelors in Physics/Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California and my Masters in Physics from CSULB.
I’ve been tutoring college/high school level materials since 2017, and have continued to teach/tutor until 2024. As a PhD student, I TA classes where I help students understand fundamental physics and mathematics! I’ve also tutored in college facilities, at centers for middle/high school students, and 1-on-1 tutoring for any subject. I have about 6 years of tutoring experience and 3 years of Teaching experience.
My goal is to always simplify material for students. I believe the best way to learn/understand science and mathematics is to be able to teach/explain concepts at the most baseline level. Being able to take a complicated subject and transform it to a more digestible understanding is my role/goal as a tutor, and as a scientist.
