Structured, smart and so friendly

Being faced with a comprehensive English assignment, Carlee helped break up the instructions into manageable pieces. She explained all aspects and taught smart ways of researching and using the sources expected by college professors. Throughout it all, she was listening, patient and encouraging. The lesson felt like exchanging ideas and knowledge with a friend which is exactly the energy level we needed.
