I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor degree in International Studies and Finance. I also achieved a Master's of Management from Northwestern University, hold a certificate in Non-Profit Management from SUNY Purchase, am a Certified Small Business Coach, and am currently pursuing a TEFL certification.

I focus on translating information into a language that you can understand, supporting you as you work through questions and challenges by understanding the "how" and "why" rather than just providing the "what" so that the next time you are more confident and self-sufficient when faced with similar questions or tasks. My professional background is broad spanning strategy, planning, project management, process improvement, sales. operations, and human resources. I especially enjoy analytic work, written communications, and presentations.

Finally, I have my own high school age children so I am very current on school curriculum from elementary grades through high school. Learning is a life-long process that should be treasured for all of us. It would be my honor to support you or your child's learning opportunity.

During my 25+ year career, I have designed, developed and implemented five new organizations, supervising hundreds of people. A hallmark of my career has been coaching and supporting the career growth of others. For some, that growth is horizontal to learn new soft or hard skills, for others the growth is vertical to gain more responsibility and refine soft and hard skills, both are valuable. I work with the individual to coach and support them in attaining their next step objectives.

I have a Certification in Social Work from SUNY Purchase, studied Sociology throughout my educational journey, and have a passion for understanding the impact of societal forces on people and using that understanding to bring resolution to conflicts. Currently I am focused on Peace initiatives that bring various people in conflict together, creating common goals and better understanding of each others situation and perspective. Sociology is all about understanding those artificial boundaries that people create which divide us, whether race, religion, politics, or other societal categorizations, and merging factual data with human emotion so that we can begin to bring objectivity and common understanding to the relationship.
