I’m a patient and enthusiastic professor of chemistry including gen chem, organic, and biochemistry. Many of my students are gearing up to take the MCAT or GRE, and I’m here to help you not only ace your courses but also prepare for professional entrance exams and your career beyond.

My own STEM career has taken me to a top-ranked chemistry PhD program (University of Illinois Urbana Champaign), to Europe for a postdoc (University of Pavia), and to the Bay Area working in drug discovery and design (Stanford). I have been awarded fellowships, published papers, and secured patents. While I have rigorously trained at the intersection of scientific inquiry and human health, my true calling in life is to be an educator.

My students have many of the same struggles that I have had with coursework and school. I was always the kid in class that couldn’t sit still and had a hard time paying attention. I’ve spent plenty of time as a young adult wondering if it is possible for me to increase my attention span. How can I realize my full potential? The tools that I have developed for myself throughout my time as a STEM student and researcher will surely help you too. Lasting academic help is bigger than the material of any given course, and I take a wholistic approach with each of my students.
