Hi, I'm Aarron! I've spent over 13 years helping students overcome these exact challenges. Whether you're falling behind, trying to improve your grades, preparing for an important exam, or simply looking to understand the material better, I'm here to help. I believe anyone can succeed in math with the right explanation, a little patience, and a teaching approach that works for them.

My teaching style focuses on making difficult concepts easier to understand. Rather than just showing you how to solve a problem, I want you to understand why the methods work so you can confidently tackle similar problems on your own. During our lessons, we'll break things down into manageable steps, identify where you're getting stuck, and work through problems together. I encourage questions and am always happy to explain something differently until it clicks. I tutor everything from Algebra and Geometry to Calculus, along with ASVAB preparation.

A little about me: I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and a 3.8 GPA. I've also worked as a university teaching assistant and currently work as an engineer. But what I've always enjoyed most about tutoring is seeing students go from feeling frustrated or overwhelmed to realizing they're capable of understanding something they once thought was impossible.

Patient and Very Helpful!

So pleased with my tutoring session with Aarron! He was very patient, knowledgable and super helpful. He walked me through problems step-by-step and made sure I understood, if I didn't, he tried explaining it differently till I did. I feel like I was given some really useful tips and strategies for solving problems on my own and I feel much better about tackling this subject.
