Excellent Tutor
I've had a great experience tutoring with Pat, who has guided me in my task to learn the Spanish language. I wanted to learn Spanish after my initial encounters with the works of Mexican poet Octavio Paz, and Pat has navigated me through the fundamentals of conjugation and Spanish grammar, utilizing texts like Las batallas en el desierto as a first-year reader, while also incorporating media elements like music and assisting me with reading Paz´s work in the original language (as well as other greats, like Borges). Pat has lived in various South American countries during his PhD dissertation research, and this academic background, coupled with his connections to Spanish-speaking individuals in his personal life, position him as an invaluable resource for any Spanish leaner—whether you’re a high school student seeking additional support, or a lifelong learner taking on the task like myself.
