Fantastic Math Tutor — Gradual Challenges, Steady Progress
We were looking for a math tutor to help improve my daughter’s math skills. During the first class, Andrey gave Katherine an assessment to evaluate her knowledge and identify the areas where she needed additional support. During each class, Katherine works on topics she has not yet mastered. They go through several exercises and problems together, with Andrey encouraging her to think through the solutions rather than simply follow a formula or template. For homework, she receives exercises on the same topic, usually with three or four levels of difficulty, allowing her to gradually challenge herself. If Katherine is unable to complete a homework problem, they review it together during the next class. Andrey is very responsive to messages and is open to our comments and suggestions. We really appreciate his thoughtful approach and the way he encourages Katherine to develop her problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent explanations!
My son has shared that the opportunity to receive tutoring from Andrey has really helped him to understand the “why” behind the math in his high school Algebra and Geometry class. I have also noticed less anxiety in general around math. Andrey is a patient and supportive teacher.

Andrey was very professional
My son is in Highschool and he went over the material from his math curriculum, and he was able to go through and make him understand it. I would highly recommend him.
