My approach emphasizes building confidence, clarity, and structure in communication. I help students strengthen their reading comprehension, refine their essay writing, and develop strong analytical skills. While I have not formally taught SAT or AP courses, the skills I teach, such as close reading, evidence-based writing, vocabulary development, and critical analysis, directly align with these exams. I am skilled in breaking down complex tasks into clear steps, guiding students through practice passages, timed writing, and strategies that prepare them for success in standardized testing and advanced coursework.
I have supported learners of all ages, from middle school students who need extra help with reading fluency to high school students preparing personal statements for college applications. My goal is always to meet students where they are and provide the tools they need to grow.
