Terry is an amazing tutor and we have worked with several. He tutored my son in Algebra. My son went from failing to receiving an A on two exams.! Terry takes the time to understand how your student thinks and has incredible patience. He helped my other son with Physics. Terry helped my older son to be clear with his communications with his teacher, be more organized and understand what he needs to learn and focus on. This guidance helped bump my son's grade up 2 levels. My sons are very different people and Terry was able to understand their needs, how they think, and teach them what they needed. I highly recommended Terry as a tutor.

Terry started with my son a couple of weeks ago, and I am already seeing a change in his production and organizational skills for school overall. Not only is Terry an excellent math teacher, but he is also helping our son with ADHD manage his school calendar and tasks. I am very hopeful about Calvin going into the next school year with a plan and the skills he will need to conquer high school!

Terry is a fantastic tutor, he answered my questions, and is helping me with a paper. He was patient, and knowledgeable. My Climate Change class has been very difficult, I needed clarification on several things my instructor said. Terry was able to give it to me. I have had one session so far and I’m looking forward to the next one!!

Terry is a patient, kind and knowledgeable tutor. He really gets to know the students he works with and helps them with study skills and time management tips in addition to tutoring. He knows a student needs immediate help and provides it, but he also takes the long view in teaching them skills for overall academic success over time.
