Bio

To make a positive difference and be a part of their academic success is my ultimate goal. I am currently a Registered Nurse in the ICU. The success of my students brings me great joy. I believe we are students. I had a long time tutor who helped me throughout my educational career. He reminds me of this quote. “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” Teaching is my passion. Nursing is my reality.

I have tutored for Oxford tutoring for over 3 years where I mainly tutored in Math (Pre-Algebra to Calculus) and English (K-12). I also tutored for A better Tomorrow Education for over 2 years when I mainly focused on tutoring Math subjects. I am currently a Biology major at California State University of Fullerton. I have taken many Science classes and Math classes. I have taught College students from College Algebra to Calculus.

I started playing basketball in middle school where I learnt about the game. I started playing competitively in my sophomore year in High School. I have coached basketball at Fairmont Private School in Anaheim Hill for three complete seasons.

English

English is one of my favorite subjects. I took many English classes in High School that lead me to taking AP English classes. I scored a 5 on AP English test. I have helped students from K-12 on English of their level.

I grew up playing soccer in Nigeria. I started playing competitively at the age 10. I’ve won the defense and offense player of the year multiple times. I played at Ramona High School for 4 years. I coached at Fairmont Elementary School in Anaheim Hills for two complete seasons.
