Bio

Educational Background: I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Lorraine, France, and have been teaching college level mathematics in the US for more than a decade. I am currently a university professor and I have taught a wide range of mathematics courses, including College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, and many other upper-level courses such as Numerical Analysis and Modeling.

I am currently a university professor and I have taught a wide range of mathematics courses, including College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, and many other upper-level courses such as Numerical Analysis and Modeling.

Teaching style and experience: Throughout my educational career, I have had the opportunity to teach university-level mathematics to both math major and non-major students. I have been exposed to a broad perspective of modes of learning and teaching. This exposure has helped me discovered new ways to explain materials and develop a flexible teaching style that caters to each student's unique learning style.

Contextual Details: My experience includes both classroom settings, one-on-one tutoring sessions and with students of diverse ages, backgrounds and learning styles. These exposures equipped me with effective teaching methods, adapting my approaches in addressing each student's interest, need, and strength. My comprehensive experience in teaching, coupled with my own academic accomplishments, positions me as an effective educator.
