Robert was friendly and made me feel at ease during our first session. There was a question that I wasn't understanding and he probably explained it ten different ways. I still didn't understand and he used a different technique (drawing) and I immediately got what the question was asking. I appreciated his patience with me and was excited when the information clicked! Before meeting, he asked to see my syllabus and what lab I had questions about. He came to the meeting prepared and we immediately started working on my lab. We utilized the whole hour. He also responded quickly to emails. I would highly recommend Robert and plan on working with him in the future.
