Hello!
My name is Mark and I love the English language. I love to read it, speak it, and teach it. My goal is to teach and inspire my students in the read, written, and spoken English language. If I can accomplish this goal for any student, my goal would be accomplished.
Do I have teaching credentials? I do not, however, this does not dampen my desire to teach, nor does it diminish my ability to tutor those who are having difficulty with the English language.

While I have no teaching credentials, I have been in many tutoring situations. I was in a Customer Service role for years, in different companies. As such, I continually trained new employees. In my last position, an unofficial job role was to proofread documents prepared by our CEO, at his personal request. Also, in my non-professional, casual reading, I have found grammatical errors in published books.
English is tough. I understand that. However, I was born and raised in the United States and have a comprehensive knowledge of our language and am excited to impart that knowledge to all who are willing to hire me.
I have studied at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California as well as California State University in Northridge, California.
Thanks for reading!
