I am a fully credentialed teacher specializing in grades Kindergarten through High School. I would love to help your child succeed in school. I was a teacher for over 10 years, who was later disabled. Now I am a stay-at-home with two children on my own. During my career I taught many grades in both the private and public school settings. I taught here in the valley for over five years; El Salvador, Bahrain and Los Angeles for the remaining five. I do love tutoring and helping children...

While I taught the younger grades I was careful to tolerate their behaviors like not being able to sit their seats. I would redirect them if they were off task. Sometimes when I knew they were listening I gave them jobs to perform while listening to a story or lesson. In a normal year I had at least 3 or more children with ADD/ADHD.

I love teaching Algebra, because it makes sense! I have helped students in both High School Algebra and pre-Algebra, and they were very successful.

I received my Bachelor's of Science in Business Marketing and Advertising. I was on the Dean's List. I graduated in 1992.

I taught for more than 10 years in private and public settings. I taught 6th for 1 year; 5th for 1 year; 2nd for 3 years; and the remainder was Kindergarten. I also taught all subjects including PE.

I love teaching math! While obtaining my teaching credential, I was trained in teaching all aspects of math. Math is one of my favorite subjects. Once a child understands an concept of math, I am so excited for them, and we can build of it.

I have trained in all aspects of teaching English from Kindergarten and up. I have taught for over 10 years. The grades were 6th, 5th, 2nd and Kindergarten. My husband teaches High School English and History. I taught second language learners here in California and overseas. I have taught all kinds of learners including EL learners and kids with dyslexia.

I love teaching math! I have been trained in all aspects of Math. I am a retired teacher, and I taught grades: 6th, 5th, 2th and Kindergarten. In the last couple of years, I have been tutoring 6th, 7th and High School Algebra. Before I became a teacher, my work background and my Bachelors of Science was business and marketing. Again I was exposed to a lot of math, and I loved it.

Reading and comprehension are the most important skills a child can have. Through my teaching career I taught all aspects of Language Arts in many grades including Middle School. I personally love reading and can help your child love reading too.
