Hi, I'm a professional freelance graphic designer in Southern California. I have 25+ yrs experience in advertising and marketing working with some of the world's largest brands. I'm fast, organized, well-versed and creative with expert level Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills. I help Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, and Architecture students, as well as students that somehow must take a computer class(es) for your major. I also assist young professionals, hobbyists, and small business owners create, or edit, existing materials, product images, social media campaigns and more.

Graphic Design - Help with class projects such as print ads, posters, mockups, websites (UI), and more. Equally as important, we'll review your portfolio and potentially elevate the work you present.

Fashion Design - Demonstrate how to make seamless patterns, swatches, dressing and drawing on croquis, making brushes, clipping masks, and more to ensure your portfolio is strong.

Interior Design - Assist you to add textures, materials, lighting and shading to your line art, floor plans, elevations, and other renderings you'll need.

Young professionals - Show you the tips and tricks used in the industry to increase proficiency and eliminate common 'rookie' mistakes as well as best practices and a portfolio review.

Small business owners - Help with creating product images, social media campaigns, website messaging priorities, logo development and much more.

A bit more detail; I hold an AA and BA in Visual Communication Design from Texas State University. Creating images and exercising typography, I moved thru the ranks from Jr. Art Director to Creative Director working with agencies and brands you know. My art has been, and is currently, approved and used to market Fortune 500 Companies in industries like; Food/Grocery, Oil/Energy, Auto Racing, Tax/Finance, Gaming/Casinos, Tourism, Real Estate, and other Retail businesses, B2B/B2C, large and small.

I've been working as an Art Director (Glorified Graphic Designer) for the last 25 years. I work in InDesign on a regular basis building ads, brochures and other multi-page documents where InDesign is the preferred software. In addition, I've tutored multiple students in InDesign with great success. InDesign is basically a 'cousin' to Adobe Illustrator, another vector based application from Adobe.

I'm currently responsible for graphic design work, start to finish, for major brands around the globe.
