I hold an MBA from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. My academic background and real-world experience allow me to support students in business-related subjects including marketing, management, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. During my graduate studies, I completed advanced coursework in financial analysis, operations, and strategic planning, earning a 3.9 GPA. I also led multiple group projects that involved building business models, analyzing case studies, and presenting strategic growth plans — skills I now teach to students looking to strengthen their analytical and presentation abilities.

My teaching experience includes working as a classroom teacher at Inspire Charter Academy, where I taught middle and high school students in both one-on-one and small group formats. I created individualized lesson plans that focused on improving writing, comprehension, and academic organization, while helping students develop the confidence to work independently. Prior to that, I served as a Residential Assistant, mentoring college freshmen on academic strategies and time management. I also managed a summer camp where I oversaw a team of staff and led workshops for children aged 5 to 13, helping them build leadership and communication skills. These experiences have allowed me to support learners across a wide age range and learning styles.
