I am an experienced tutor, teacher, and writer. I've taught both high school and middle school English, but I am able to tutor in other subjects as well. I know how to help students improve in all areas of reading, writing, and speaking skills.

As far as my credentials, I have a bachelor's degree as well as a teaching credential from California State University, Northridge.

I have six years of basketball coaching experience. I was the head coach of a high school freshman team for three years and have spent the past three years as the head coach of a middle school varsity team. I also have two years of experience as a youth basketball coach. I have trained boys and girls players of all abilities and ages.
CBEST

The CBEST features a reading, writing, and math section. I am strong in all three of these categories. For starters, I am a credentialed teacher who has already passed the CBEST. Additionally, I do have actual experience tutoring students who were preparing to take the CBEST themselves. As an experienced language arts teacher, I have a strong understanding of the requirements needed for the reading and writing components, and I am also an experienced math tutor.

A one of a kind coach!

Andrew has been coaching both my 9th and 7th grade for about 6 months now. They are both in traveling basketball and Andrew helped both to gain more confidence in the court by helping them with ball handling shooting and defense. He is patient, knowledgeable and very committed in helping my boys get to the next level of their game. Simply awesome coach. A one of a kind!
