About Ted

Bio

I studied civil engineering and used math daily to solve real-world problems for bridges in LAX and across Southern California. That experience taught me how to approach problems logically and explain them in simple steps.

I tutor Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. We go step by step, keeping it as simple and clear as possible. I focus on helping students understand the process, not just memorize formulas.

Basketball

Basketball

I’m not a professional player, but I’ve played basketball for many years and competed regularly in recreational leagues throughout my youth. Over time, I developed a strong understanding of shooting, spacing, and basic team play. I’ve always had a natural talent for shooting and enjoy helping others improve their form, confidence, and understanding of the game. My approach is simple, encouraging, and focused on enjoying the sport while getting better each time you play.
