Hello! My name is Jade Lynn Crutchfield, and I am passionate about helping students reach their full academic potential. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Associate Degree in History, and I am currently in my final semester pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology. I have several years of experience as a tutor and lead teacher in after-school programs, where I worked closely with students of all ages and abilities. Throughout my career, I have supported learners with varying needs, including students without IEPs who struggled with reading, writing, and comprehension. My background also includes program coordination and mentoring, giving me a unique perspective on fostering positive, engaging, and productive learning environments. I take pride in celebrating each student’s progress and creating lessons that are both effective and enjoyable.
