Math can seem boring at first, but really it's more than just equations, it's a way to model and understand our world. Math is a tool that can help us build amazing things like giant trampolines that bounce cars and rockets that will go to mars!
I've taken many math classes including algebra, trig, geometry, calculus AB and BC, differential equations, linear algebra, and multivariate. I also received a perfect SAT math score and ranked in the top 93% for math on the GRE.
In high school I did an independent study on the plant life on our school campus and published my very own field guide. In college I continued my plant research with an extensive project on lichens. I've taught students about plants in Southern California and Yosemite National Park. The more you learn about plants the more amazed you'll be!
