I graduated from Yale University with a degree in Computer Science, where I developed a deep foundation in the logic and structure of modern technology. Following my time at Yale, I worked for nearly two years as a Product Manager at PayPal, where I built real-world products that reached millions. This professional background allows me to go beyond textbook theory; I teach my students the practical, high-demand skills that are actually used in the Silicon Valley tech industry today.

My tutoring approach is centered on building confidence through computational logic. I specialize in working with middle and high school students, particularly those who are curious about tech but don't know where to start. Having mentored my own 13-year-old brother, I understand how to break down complex coding concepts into manageable, engaging lessons. Whether we are mastering the fundamentals of Python or exploring data with SQL, my goal is to help students see themselves as creators and problem-solvers rather than just consumers of technology.

Beyond the technical side, I bring a unique perspective as a former Division 1 athlete and Ivy League Champion. I know firsthand the discipline and time management required to excel at the highest levels of both academics and athletics. Because of this, my sessions often incorporate broader mentorship on goal-setting and college strategy. I am passionate about helping the next generation of students; especially those in my home community of Oakland. I want to help kids navigate their own paths to elite universities and rewarding careers in STEM!
