I am a 4th-year medical student and IM residency applicant with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping others succeed. I scored 255+ on USMLE Step 2 CK and 600+ on COMLEX Level 2, and have spent three years teaching systemic physiology at UC Davis, where I worked closely with students to break down complex topics into clear and intuitive concepts. My teaching experience has included both classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring, supporting students across a wide range of learning styles.

Outside of formal teaching, I have helped numerous classmates prepare for Step 1, Step 2, Level 1, and Level 2 by creating personalized study guides, timelines, and resource strategies. I am very familiar with all major learning tools—including AMBOSS, UWorld, TrueLearn, NBME practice exams, and COMSAEs—and I help students understand not only what to use but when and how to use each resource efficiently.

My tutoring style is highly individualized. I first identify each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences, then tailor an approach that emphasizes understanding over memorization. Whether a student is aiming for a high score or working to pass a challenging exam, I focus on developing a strong foundation in physiology and clinical reasoning, test-taking strategy, and question-based learning.

No matter where you’re starting from, I’ll meet you there—and help you build a study plan that fits your goals, your schedule, and your learning style.

Anatomy

Anatomy

After performing in the top of my class in Anatomy and Physiology, I was contacted to become a discussion leader for the course. I spent my first 2 quarters as a regular learning assistant, before slowly taking on more responsibilities. Overtime, I helped enough students and was given permission to lead my own discussion course for 2 hours a week, along with hosting biweekly office hours. I have undergraduate level anatomy and physiology TA experience for over 4 years and am deeply passionate about this subject. I am confident and happy to each high school, undergraduate, and graduate level physiology and anatomy.
Nutrition

Nutrition

I received my undergraduate degree in Nutritional Biology from UC Davis. As a major focus of my degree, I took nutritional classes emphasizing molecular and cellular utilization of micro and macronutrients and cell biology courses focusing solely on cellular nutrition. While completing my degree, I worked at UC Davis Health as an intern providing diabetic counseling and education to patients who were currently pre-diabetic or diabetic. I have a strong passion for biochemistry, cell signaling, and nutrition. I feel comfortable teaching nutrition to high school, college, and graduate (especially medical students) who need guidance in the field.
Pharmacology

Pharmacology

Senior Medical Student with undergraduate degree in Nutritional/Cellular Biology. Strong educational experiences in pharmacology with extensive clinical experience in hospital and clinical settings combined with multiple years of Anatomy, Physiology and US Medical Licensing exams.

USMLE

USMLE

I am a current fourth-year medical student and Internal Medicine residency applicant with strong academic interviews across the University of California system. I have 2.5 years of experience tutoring medical students for Step 1/2 and Level 1/2, focusing on high-yield content, test-taking strategy, and confidence building. I scored 254+ on Step 2 and 600+ on Level 2, and honored the Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Family Medicine shelf exams. My teaching background includes three years as a systemic physiology TA and course discussion leader at UC Davis and two years as a clinical skills TA, and I enjoy working 1-on-1 with students to prioritize truly understanding information and excelling on the many exams we must take.
