Hi, I’m Pradeep. My interest in tutoring started while I was studying engineering. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge. Math has always been a big part of my academic background, including algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, quantitative reasoning, and engineering problem-solving.
I know how frustrating it can feel when a topic looks confusing at first. Many times, I saw classmates struggle because the explanation was too fast or too complicated. I enjoyed sitting with them one-on-one, breaking problems into smaller steps, and helping them understand the concept in a simpler way. That is what made me interested in tutoring.
I can help students with math topics such as pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, basic calculus, statistics, word problems, and homework support. I can also tutor supply chain basics, including inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, procurement, demand planning, fulfillment, and operations management. For project management, I can help with project planning, scheduling, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, risk management, timelines, deliverables, and Microsoft Project basics.
My teaching style is patient, practical, and step-by-step. I like to understand where the student is stuck, explain the concept clearly, and work through examples together. I also use real-world examples whenever possible so the topic feels easier to remember.
Professionally, I have worked in operations, supply chain, project coordination, reporting, and process improvement roles. I have used Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. I also hold a Professional Scrum Master I certification.
I’m comfortable working with middle school, high school, college students, and adult learners. My goal is to help students feel more confident, organized, and prepared.
