I’m an actor, comedian, speech & dialect coach, and acting teacher. I’m based in Los Angeles, where I perform comedy all over town, in addition to film & TV roles. I moved to LA from Cambridge, MA, where I earned my MFA in Acting from the American Repertory Theater Institute at Harvard. I love working with actors of all experience levels, but I also enjoy working with non-performers who are looking to feel more confident in their voice and speech skills.

I've been a speech teacher for over 10 years, working with adults and teenagers alike. I help ESL speakers modify their accents when they want to communicate more clearly and effectively, in business or life. I’ve coached over a dozen dialects, including RP, Cockney, Scottish, Irish, Australian, Russian, Texas, Boston, and New York. I work extensively with the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) as well as a variety of physiological speech techniques.
I believe in a holistic approach to voice, speech, and accent training: everything is connected! My teaching methodologies therefore incorporate physical training exercises, ear training, visual transcription, and text analysis, to give you the best understanding possible of your “instrument” and how you can use it.
