I am a mathematics educator with over 20 years of teaching experience and a degree in Mathematics. For more than 10 years, I have taught AP Calculus AB and BC with results above the national average. I have also worked as an AP Reader, giving me insight into what graders are looking for on AP exams and how students can maximize points on free-response questions.

In addition to AP Calculus, I have extensive experience teaching IB Mathematics, including Analysis and Approaches HL and SL. I can support students with coursework, exam preparation, problem solving, and mathematical writing, including IB Internal Assessments.

I also tutor Precalculus and help students who want to accelerate their learning or prepare for the upcoming school year. I have developed numerous resources over my years of teaching, including guided notes, practice problems, review materials, and exam preparation tools that can be tailored to each student’s needs.

I am patient, supportive, and willing to work with students at all levels, whether they need help building foundational skills or are aiming for top scores in advanced courses.

My tutoring approach focuses on building deep conceptual understanding, confidence, and independent problem-solving skills. I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in mathematics.
