I am Abhay. I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and TC) degree from Pune, India (1988). Then I graduated with a Master of Technology (MTech) degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India (1990).
My coworkers and family members always told me that I should become a tutor. I have a sea of technical knowledge that I can bring to bear to solve complex problems. I am really good at distilling down and explaining difficult concepts because I adapt my response to my audience’s prior depth of knowledge. It is extremely rewarding to see someone “get it,” especially if there is a smile on their face.
In today’s AI world, it is critical to develop a fundamental understanding of Control Systems (CS) theory, especially if you are interested in fields like robotics, industrial automation, and autonomous systems. I took a course in Feedback CS during my undergraduate studies. I also took a course in Digital CS during my graduate studies. Decades later, when my kids were taking courses on CS theory, I was not only able to help them understand the concepts in a systematic manner, but also able to learn and teach more advanced concepts like non-linear CS theory. As a result, both my kids earned an A grade for both undergraduate and graduate courses in CS theory.
I am really good at teaching classical and modern CS theory, both in continuous and digital domains. If you want to learn the basics as well as advanced concepts, I am your guy. I am going to adopt two different approaches of tutoring.
Q and A: Ask me open ended questions from CS theory and I will try my best to answer them. Sending me questions before hand would definitely be more effective.
Specific topic(s): Let me know which specific topic(s) in CS theory you would like to learn more about. I will be fully prepared to earn 100% satisfaction from you.
Since this is my first time tutoring, I will also learn to be more effective as I go along. So please send me feedback to let me know how I can do better.
