The GMAT is fundamentally a test of two things: pattern recognition and endurance. Building skills in these areas is 100% within reach for all of us. It simply takes dedication, focus, and guidance.

I have coached students in GMAT preparation for about 5 years (I am a Veritas Prep tutor) and have seen so many people transform not just their GMAT performance, but even more importantly their overall approach to learning. I love helping people realize that they have more potential than they think.

Excel: I've built more models than I would like to admit in Excel ranging from detailed financial projections for private equity acquisitions to large-scale survey cutting.

Probability & Statistics: I have a background in Statistics and Economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from MIT Sloan. I have tutored in the GMAT for ~5 years, worked for Bain & Co. for 3 years, and founded my own data science startup while at MIT.

GMAT: I scored a 780 on my GMAT several years ago and have coached many students to hit Quant scores well above what they thought possible. It comes down to stripping away poor habit patterns and helping you rebuild from the ground up to a point where GMAT quant approaches become muscle memory.

Public speaking is one of my favorite areas in which to coach people. It is tough on nerves no matter who you are but incredibly empowering once you get up there and crush it. From speaking at my 5000+ person high school graduation many years ago, to leading clubs in college, and now presenting to Fortune 500 clients in consulting, I know how to deliver an engaging presentation.
