At the present time, I am a substitute teacher for a local school district and an advertising manager. I have also worked as a teacher's assistant in the Los Angeles Unified School District and as a Supplemental Instructor at California State University of Los Angeles. This position enabled me to provide students with a “head start” in mastering mathematical skills, reading, language, and various essential subjects. I am challenged to be creative, nurturing and, most of all, patient. As you can see from my profile, I have the experience you are looking for. I prepared myself at Cal State Los Angeles, where I received my baccalaureate in Mathematics, and University of Phoenix, where I received my Masters in Secondary Education. I have tutored different subjects in math, including arithmetic, college algebra, high school algebra I & II, and geometry. I have also worked in marketing, advertising and design for various companies.
It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my skills to be compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient when tutoring, a tutor who will make a positive contribution to expand your knowledge.
If I can provide you with any further information on my background and qualifications, I will gladly submit your requests. I look forward to hearing from you!
Once again, I appreciate you taking the time to review my profile.
