I was kind of embarrassed and guilt ridden for not keeping my QuickBook files up to date for years. I have not reconciled for years and mainly use my QB as a business checking account. My balance sheet was all wrong, my assets and liabilities all out dated and not matching my current situation. I recently upgraded from Quickbooks destktop to Online version and realized I needed to correct things that has been neglected for years. I am so glad to connect with Bill. He was such a pro. On Day one, he just looked at my books, my situation and knew immediately what we needed to do and he was such a good and patient teacher. He knew what needed to be done and we just tackled it. In just 3 sessions, we cleaned up and organized my QuickBooks to reconcile with my tax return and taught me so much. I highly recommend Bill as a Quickbooks virtual tutor.

I was switching from desktop to QBO and was ready to quit …. Bill gave me confidence again into using Quickbooks for our small business . I learned how to reconcile my accounts & create categories that make sense to file our expenses . I am very grateful for Bill, he was so patient & gave me many tips so I could become familiar w/QBO. My only regret was that I should’ve contacted him sooner. I am very happy with his teaching & will rebook more sessions in the future. Bill is definitely on top of my list for QBO help!
