I’m a K-8 math and English tutor specializing in students who need structure, clear guidance, and engagement. I have over six years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician providing ABA therapy and supporting learners ages 4-14 in home, clinic, and school environments. I also hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Public Health Science and Psychology from UC Irvine.

From 2014–2019, I worked as a Behavioral Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician providing ABA services for children and teens on the autism spectrum in the greater Seattle area. I supported learners roughly ages 4–18 across home, clinic, and school settings, following behavior plans created by BCBAs and collaborating closely with families and teachers. My work focused on reducing challenging behaviors and building functional skills: communication, daily living, social skills, classroom behavior, and readiness for learning. I have extensive experience with reinforcement systems, visual supports, token economies, and data collection to track progress and adjust interventions. Although my RBT certification is no longer active, the training and years of direct 1:1 work strongly inform how I support autistic students in tutoring. I prioritize clear structure, predictable routines, patient pacing, and breaking tasks into manageable steps so sessions feel safe and workable for neurodiverse learners.
