I have always enjoyed helping others learn and understand new concepts which is why I am excited to offer tutoring in subjects like chemistry and Spanish. I am currently a college student pursuing a degree in Environmental Systems Science with a minor in Natural Sciences Education. I am also BLS certified which reflects my dedication to safety and responsibility and the qualities I bring to every tutoring session. My educational background allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt lessons to each student’s learning style.

I have experience tutoring both younger and older students in a variety of settings. I have helped middle and high school students with homework, exam preparation, and understanding challenging concepts one-on-one. I have also assisted classmates in study groups in a college setting. My approach focuses on making learning interactive and engaging, breaking down complex topics into manageable steps, and encouraging students to ask questions and think critically. I aim to make each session personalized so that students gain confidence and retain knowledge effectively.

In addition to academic tutoring, I have volunteered in educational settings assisting students with assignments and study skills. I understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and creating a supportive environment. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students succeed academically but also to inspire a love of learning and build skills they can carry forward independently. I look forward to helping students reach their goals while making each session enjoyable and productive.
