Ever since my junior year in high school, I have been extremely devoted to helping my classmates and younger students with difficult subjects such as Chemistry and Algebra II. In my senior year of high school, I worked as a teacher's assistant for my former chemistry teacher to provide aid and support in learning the material.

For several hours a week for the entire 2014-2015 school year, I worked closely with a small group of students to ensure they received exceptional grades on the New York State Regents and the SAT Chemistry exams. Since entering New York University in the fall of 2015, I have continued to volunteer my time to tutor by staying late on week nights and going over numerous practice problems with many struggling students.

My passion for teaching stems from my love of learning and exploring new ideas. One of my main goals is to ensure that the students I work with not only understand and absorb the material, but gain confidence and motivation.

I prefer working with students one-on-one and enjoy engaging students in difficult and challenge problems. I specialize in mainly high school chemistry, including AP and SAT chemistry material, and first-year college chemistry.

I worked as a Chemistry Teaching Assistant in my senior year of high school. This past summer I volunteered to tutor incoming NYU freshmen in summer chemistry courses. Currently, I tutor several NYU students in chemistry for several hours each week.
