I also have tutoring and teaching experience from my time working with the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula as well as through babysitting, where I provided assistance with elementary level education for students aged 6 to 10. Through this work I found that every student responds differently to various teaching styles, and that adjusting my approach is the key to their success. Rather than expecting a student to conform to my teaching style, I believe it is more important to change my teaching to fit their learning style.
