My name is Meghan and I am a recent Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of California Davis where I completed a triple major in Science and Technology Studies, Theatre and Dance, and Art Studio. During my time at UC Davis and my time at my previous community college, I worked as a writing tutor and teaching assistant helping students with academic writing, reading comprehension, and grammar, and tutored everything from English essays, to personal statements, to journalism stories, to STEM lab reports. I have additionally worked as the Head Subject Tutor for the UC Davis writing center where I helped run the writing program, as a marine science tutor and TA, as a freelance copyeditor, and will be teaching English in the Netherlands as a Fulbright expat. I have a total of five years of college writing tutoring experience, a year of college writing TA experience, and I have worked extensively with students with a wide variety of backgrounds, writing levels, and personal writing goals.
