My name is Zachary C., and I would like to help you with your writing skills. I am a graduate of Pacific Union College, a small liberal arts school set up in the Napa Valley, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with an emphasis in Creative Writing. I excel in academic writing, and during my college career, worked as a tutor in both beginning and advanced English writing and grammar. Students whom I helped would often return and ask, by name, for my services, and this was one of the greatest compliments I have ever received. Since graduating, I have worked as a teacher's aide and classroom tutor for multiple elementary schools, focusing on English grammar and writing skills, but branching out to all subjects at the student's request. I come from a long line of teachers, and believe I possess the proper skills to help students of any age improve their English grammar and writing skills. I have found that I am best at helping writers who have gotten started on a project before they meet with me; in other words, helping them improve along the way, not getting them started. I thoroughly enjoy helping people improve themselves, and feel a great deal of accomplishment if I, in any way, have helped to make a student feel more confident in their own abilities.
