Hillary is amazing at guiding me with detailed instructions which is quite amazing online. She builds your confidence and is patient with her directions. I was not sure how online sewing would work but it appears to be successful! She is an exceptional teacher.

I love Hilary as both a teacher and a person! She is hilarious and will have you laughing the entire class. Very informative

Had the pleasure of meeting Hilary and she got me started in the right direction of how to copy my favorite pair of pants. Wish I had met Hilary before I started listening to misleading YouTube videos lol. Looking forward to taking more lessons.

Thorough and knowledgeable!

We're working on making a dress from a picture and for the first lesson we dove right into the basics of draping. I'm using a stretch fabric so it's a little tricky. Hilary was very thorough in her explanations and I've learned so much already, thank you!

VERY knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, and experienced

Hilary is SO knowledgable and helpful. I was very skeptical about doing virtual sewing/pattern-making lessons, but decided to give it a shot anyway. BOY am I glad that I did! I honestly forget that it's virtual because she's so good at making it seem like we are in person. She is very good at making things clear, whether explaining it or demonstrating it through different camera set-ups. She's very personable and friendly, and a wizard when it comes to this stuff. I'm so grateful that I've found her - HIGHLY recommend. I've only had 3 lessons so far and feel like I've learned so much!!!
