Hi! My name is Gabriel and I’m a Ph.D. student in Neuroscience at UCLA. I tutor neuroscience, data analysis, and essay writing, and I bring a research-focused approach to each subject. I earned my undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, where I graduated Cum Laude, and I was funded by the NIH to conduct research in a neuroscience lab. I also have experience tutoring students at the high school and college level through TA and LA roles, as well as one-on-one sessions.

I focus on helping students understand material from the ground up rather than relying on memorization. In neuroscience, I help students connect concepts to experiments and data. In data analysis, I help with organizing data, choosing methods, and interpreting results. In essay writing, I help with brainstorming, structure, revision, and turning rough ideas into clear writing.

My background in Cell and Molecular Biology gave me a broad foundation in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, and Molecular Genetics.
