Screenwriting Tutor with Multiple Projects in Development

Brian S.

I am a working screenwriter with multiple projects at various stages of development, and I have a passion for passing on what I've picked up over the years!

I was trained at New York University (‘14) where I received a BFA in Film and Television with an emphasis on Screenwriting from the university’s Tisch School of the Arts. I have also trained specifically in Narrative Feature Writing at NYU London, partnered with the BBC.

Professionally, I have worked as a script reader for multiple development and production companies in both NY and LA. Personally, I have written and developed multiple film and television projects, many of which currently have well-known actors and producers attached, with a focus on drama and historical drama.

At the end of the day I love workshopping scripts, from bare bones concepts to completed drafts, and can certainly lend a hand when it comes to everything from the basics of three act structure to the nitty gritty details of world-building. Let’s talk shop!

I am keeping my rate low for the foreseeable future as I begin diving into the world of tutoring.
