I am an extremely patient tutor that will identify your individual learning style and adapt our sessions to provide the most benefit while keeping it low-stress. I specialize in:

Public Speaking: Presentations, Interviews, Trial Advocacy and Mock Trial skills, and Speeches. Whether you're a refined speaker looking to perfect your presentation or completely inexperienced, I can help.

Law: Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Legal Writing, and Trial Advocacy. Evidence can be tricky for a lot of people. I excel at explaining complex concepts in a simplified way. If you do not see your desired subject listed, feel free to ask.

Writing: Law School Memos/Motions, Application Essays, Other Written Assignments. I can help with grammar, word choice, structure, clarity, and conciseness. Legal writing is a very specific skill that is unfamiliar to most. I can help guide you over that initial learning curve if you're a 1L just getting started.

Expert Witness Preparation: Knowing your area of expertise and testifying about it are very different. If you’re an expert witness preparing for testimony, I can help you work on how to respond to questions, present persuasively, and deal with cross examination.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I am happy to schedule complementary calls to answer questions, discuss your needs, and make sure I am a good fit.

The Best Tutor Ever!

Scott helped me work on my trial advocacy skills. Through his teaching, I was able to find my voice as an attorney to better serve my clients. More importantly, Scott became a sounding board to confront challenges concerning my visual impairment while continuously improving my trial skills. I have been an attorney for 12 years and have been looking for a kindred spirit to discuss my issues and limitations. Instead of saying I don’t know, or you can’t; through creative thinking and problem solving, Scott said “we can!”. Without Scott’s assistance, I would not have passed the state trial training for guardianship. Scott will continue to be a valued mentor and friend as I continue to confront new challenges in my legal career.

Outstanding Tutoring in Trial Advocacy

I had the privilege of being tutored by Scott for my Trial Advocacy class, and his guidance made a significant impact on my growth as a law student. Scott’s patience, kindness, and knowledge created a supportive environment where I felt encouraged to improve. He focused on helping me develop the skills I needed to do well in both my exams and class. Scott took the time to identify my weaknesses and provided helpful feedback to address them. Thanks to his guidance, I felt well-prepared and confident. I’m very grateful for the effort he put into my success. I highly recommend Scott to any student looking for a tutor who truly cares about their growth and learning.

Expert Coach

Scott provided excellent service. I am an expert witness and he helped me tremendously to convey complex and difficult to understand ideas to lay people. He also helped me introduce myself in a more interesting and efficient way to a potential jury. Scott also asked me potential questions that an attorney would ask me about my expert opinion. I highly recommend Scott to any expert who is interested in improving their communication skills and who is preparing for deposition or trial testimony.

Top of the Line, Quality Investment

Scott and I have been working together since early Fall of 2022. We’ve spent countless hours perfecting my personal statements and essays. Scott interviews you on the first session and instantly grasps the foundation of who you are. His writing ability is exceptional and absolutely beautiful; it has made me emotional countless of times. Scott is very straightforward, so you will have to have the strength to sit through his good judgement. He is extremely considerate of his clients financial budgets and he does his absolute best to work you in his schedule. Scott helped me get into 2/2 Nurse Practitioner/MSN programs, one of them being #1 in the country. I consider him my mentor and such a great friend. There have been times where I have needed to make big decisions between schools and he made sure to help me in EVERY way he could. I am so excited and blessed to know him; he has my FULL 100% trust whenever I need him or anyone I care about, needs him. I would recommend him to anyone and I choose him for as long as he tutors. Thank you so much Scott, you are the best ❤️ Cheers to our success 🙏🏼

I have done over 30+ sessions with Scott

I have done over 30+ sessions with Scott. Not only is he knowledgeable he genuinely cares about his student and he would take the time to call and talk to the student to get a clear picture of their needs before even schedule a session. That alone should speak volumes about how much he really wants his student to success. It’s not just about the money to him. Every session we had were extremely helpful! He managed to explain the boring subject and turn it into something that is interesting and almost immediately after he explained it I understood the subject much better. If you want to success law school. Definitely reach out to Scott!

Excited about my future!

I just finished presenting to a large audience and all I can do is sit here and think about how far I have come since our first meeting on April 25th. I have so much more confidence than I had at our first meeting! Thank you Scott! I look forward to our next meeting.
