Terri helped me write a first draft of my personal statement to apply for medical school. I didn’t know where to begin, so I came to her with a few anecdotes and ideas. She was very knowledgable about what types of experience medical schools value, so we could prioritize putting those in the personal statement. She also helped me tie a few different anecdotes together in a very cohesive story. I came into the session with only ideas and now I have a first draft! I will definitely come back to Terri for future help with my personal statement.
