I recently graduated from Wesleyan University with honors in the College of Letters, an interdisciplinary program that explores literature, history, and philosophy from antiquity to the present day. At Wesleyan, I was a writing mentor for undergraduate students and I also tutored with Wesleyan’s Center for Prison Education, helping students at both the Cheshire and York Correctional Institutions with college-level writing and math assignments. I also have extensive experience working with younger students. At Camp Kawaga, I was a counselor for three years, instructing swimming, outdoor survival, music, video production, and improv.
In addition to tutoring, I currently work as a freelance film and television writer and producer. I was an Associate Producer on the feature documentaries “Oliver Sacks: His Own Life” and “Made For Each Other: A History of the Bond Between Humans and Dogs.” I also make music and play basketball in my spare time.
I have played guitar for 14 years and make music as a hobby.
