I recently moved to Los Angeles to complete a year-long internship and I would like to also continue my tutoring while I am here. I have been successfully tutoring students of both high school and university for 4 years in German and Spanish and I also help students with English grammar, punctuation and phrasing to better write and proofread their essays and assignments. I am an outgoing and friendly person and I believe in helping my students reach their full potential and feel more confident in their language abilities.
I have ample experience in the area of ESL, grammar and linguistics and I have been building these skills exponentially over the years. I studied TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) for 2 years during university and I received extremely high grades in this subject. During my four years, I also had the opportunity to teach in an English-language institute in Argentina, where I taught classes to students of varying ages. On top of this, I love to read and have always been quite the grammar nerd and I often correct papers for my friends and family.
