I am a film/stage director after spending many years behind the lens as a photographer, a passion that I still continue to this day. In fact, I am on the teaching faculty of the prestigious boutique photography school, The Los Angeles Center of Photography. My media credits include Sony and Marvel big ticket productions in addition to lower budget independent films and television shows. My credits are in both nonfiction and narrative with awards from many global film and stage festivals. In fact, just last year I had a stage play that took the top three awards at the Hollywood Short+Sweet Festival. As an educator, I am a prior executive director of the The Story Project, a nonprofit founded out of RKO Pictures with the mission of improving communication skills through multi-media storytelling.
I have served on a number of influential educational boards, am a frequent speaker, consultant and teacher, all in the areas that make up the communication arts. It would be a pleasure to work with you! I am a film/stage director after spending many years behind the lens as a photographer, a passion that I still continue to this day. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
